摘  要:针对CRH380系列动车组车顶高压螺旋线寿命评估技术进行研究,通过建立双螺旋电缆寿命评估模型,判断达到五级修后延长其使用周期的可行性,从而实现降低高速动车组车辆运维成本的目的。通过对高压螺旋电缆老化机理和老化特征分析,确定电缆老化的主要影响因素;通过热老化加速寿命实验与击穿电压对比实验,确保加速寿命实验的合理性;利用数字化软件Matlab,对车顶高压螺旋电缆热老化实验相关数据进行分析,确定相对精确的寿命模型。实验结果表明,该寿命模型可以较为精确的计算出双螺旋电缆的剩余寿命。In this paper,the life evaluation technology of roof high voltage screw of CRH380 series bullet train is studied;through establishing the life evaluation model of the double helix cable,the feasibility of extending the life cycle after five-level repair is judged so as to reduce the operation and maintenance cost of high-speed EMU vehicles.Through the analysis of aging mechanism and aging characteristics of double helix cable,the main influencing factors of cable aging are determined;then,through the thermal aging accelerated life test and breakdown voltage comparison test,the rationality of accelerated life test is ensured;finally,using the digital software Matlab,the data related to the thermal aging experiment of the roof high-voltage spiral cable are analyzed to determine a relatively accurate life model.The experimental results show that this life model can accurately calculate the residual life of double helix cable.
