摘　　要：针对用户反映“垃圾焚烧锅炉蒸汽空气预热器出口空气温度偏低”的问题,分析了蒸预器的结构工作原理及出口空气温度偏低的影响因素,阐述了解决其出口空气温度偏低应采取的技术措施及处理方法,从而满足蒸汽空气预热器出口温度不低于180℃性能要求,也为该类装置的疏水、配管及应用提供了参考依据。Aiming at the reflection of users that the outlet air temperature of steam air preheater of the waste incineration boiler is low,the structure principle of steam preheater and the influence factors of low outlet air temperature are analyzed in this paper;the technical measures and treatment methods to solve the low air temperature at the outlet are expounded as well.Therefore,it could meet the performance requirement that the outlet temperature of the steam air preheater is not lower than 180℃,and it also provides a reference basis for the drainage,piping and application of this kind of device.
