摘　　要：目前临床主要的感染性指标包括丙型肝炎病毒抗体、抗人类免疫缺陷病毒抗原抗体、乙肝表面抗原以及抗梅毒螺旋体抗体等。近几年随着血清标志物检测方法不断进步,化学发光法在临床感染检测中开始普遍应用,该方法具有敏感度高,特异性强以及线性范围较宽等优点,相比酶联免疫吸附实验具有明显的优势。HISCL-5000高敏发光全自动免疫分析仪便是基于高敏发光底物的一种化学发光免疫检测仪器,由于其在临床感染性指标检测中应用广泛,近些年人们关于其性能评价也开展了一系列研究,本文对其进行综述,以期为该仪器的进一步推广应用提供支持。At present,the main clinical infectious indicators include HCVAb,HIVAg+Ab,HBsAg and TPAb.In recent years,with the continuous progress of serum markers detection methods,chemiluminescence method has been widely used in clinical infection detection.This method has the advantages of high sensitivity,strong specificity and wide linear range,and has obvious advantages over enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Hiscl-5000 is a kind of chemiluminescent immunoassay instrument based on the high-sensitivity luminescent substrate.Because it is widely used in the detection of clinical infectivity index,in recent years,a series of studies have been carried out on its performance evaluation.This paper reviews it in order to provide support for the further promotion and application of the instrument.
