摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果。方法:收集25例本院2016年1月~2018年12月慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,作为鼻内镜手术治疗干预组,实施鼻内镜手术。另外选择以往25例实施传统开放手术的患者作为开放性手术治疗干预组,分析治疗总有效率、头昏、间断性流鼻涕、鼻塞和头痛、嗅觉降低症状消失时间;治疗前后患者生活质量;并发症发生率。结果:鼻内镜手术治疗干预组治疗总有效率高于开放性手术治疗干预组,头昏、间断性流鼻涕、鼻塞和头痛、嗅觉降低症状消失时间短于开放性手术治疗干预组,治疗后患者生活质量高于开放性手术治疗干预组,并发症率低于开放性手术治疗干预组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果确切,安全性高,可减少并发症。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic nasal-sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods:Twenty-five patients with chronic nasal-sinusitis and nasal polyps from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were collected and used as nasal endoscopic surgery intervention group to perform nasal endoscopic surgery.In addition,25 patients who had performed traditional open surgery in the past were selected as the open surgical treatment intervention group.The total effective rate of treatment,dizziness,intermittent runny nose,nasal congestion and headache,and decreased symptoms of smell reduction were analyzed;quality of life of patients before and after treatment;concurrent Disease rate.Results:The total effective rate of the nasal endoscopic surgery intervention group was higher than that of the open surgery intervention group.The symptoms of dizziness,intermittent runny nose,nasal congestion,headache,and decreased smell were shorter than those of the open surgery intervention group.The quality of life of patients was higher than that of open surgery intervention group,and the complication rate was lower than that of open surgery intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on chronic nasal-sinusitis and nasal polyps is definite,the safety is high,and the complications can be reduced.
