摘  要:目的:分析早期尘肺应用多层螺旋CT及后处理功能的诊断价值。方法:本研究筛选2016年1月~2018年12月收治的尘肺患者80例、设为观察组,同时筛选80例正常胸部体检者设为对照组;两组均运用多层螺旋CT进行检查,利用值域限定图像分割技术、表面遮盖显示(surface shadeddisplay,SSD)三维肺模型(3D-lung)后处理及特殊特殊体积直方图软件对两组受检者相关数据后处理。对比两组定量、定性差异。结果:研究显示,定量:观察组尘肺患者肺体积大于对照组(P<0.05);定性:观察组尘肺患者3D-lung显示肺表面局部凹陷,对照组健康体检者显示肺表面平滑;观察组患者平均CT值大于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较观察组体积百分比稍有下降。结论:早期尘肺应用多层螺旋CT与后处理功能检查,可对病灶纤维化程度定量、定性的观测,诊断结果有效、可靠、客观,临床应用价值显著。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of early pneumoconiosis using multi-slice spiral CT and post-processing functions.Methods:In this study,80 cases of pneumoconiosis patients admitted from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group,and 80 normal chest physical examinations were selected as the control group;both groups were examined by multi-slice spiral CT.The range-limited image segmentation technology,surface shaded display(SSD)three-dimensional lung model(3D-lung)post-processing and special special volume histogram software were used to post-process the relevant data of the two groups of subjects.Compare the quantitative and qualitative differences between the two groups.Results:The study showed that quantitative:the lung volume of the pneumoconiosis patients in the observation group was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05);Qualitative:3D-lung of the pneumoconiosis patients in the observation group showed local depression of the lung surface,and healthy subjects in the control group showed smooth lung surface;patients in the observation group The average CT value was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);the volume percentage of the observation group decreased slightly compared with the control group.Conclusion:The application of multi-slice spiral CT and post-processing functional examination in early pneumoconiosis can quantitatively and qualitatively observe the degree of fibrosis of the lesion.The diagnosis results are effective,reliable,and objective,and the clinical application value is significant.
