摘　　要：2019年全军实行代建管理模式,军队工程建设到了一个新的阶段。本文结合代建模式下的军队工程的特点,对风险因素进行识别,提出代建模式下军队工程推行工程保险制度的必要性,探讨了推行的难点和对策。In 2019,the whole army implemented the agent construction management mode,and the military engineering construction has reached a new stage.Based on the characteristics of military engineering under agent construction mode,this paper identifies the risk factors,puts forward the necessity of carrying out engineering insurance system in military engineering under agent construction mode,and probes into the difficulties and countermeasures.
