摘 要:随着基础设施建设的不断发展,带来了土木建筑业的空前活跃。近几年,国家对砂石骨料行业的环保政策不断改进,要求愈加严格。粉尘治理是矿山最重要的工作之一,通过对原有设备系统改造优化,提高工作效能,既节约了资源,又解决了需求矛盾。本文主要对生产骨料线主要设备反击式破碎机收尘系统优化改造做了详细说明,希望可以对实际作业过程中的收尘系统安装设计提供一定的借鉴和参考。With the continuous development of infrastructure construction,it has brought unprecedented activity in the civil construction industry.In recent years,the national environmental protection policy for the aggregate industry has been continuously improved,and the requirements have become more stringent.Dust control is one of the most important tasks of the mine.Through the optimization of the original equipment system,the work efficiency is improved,which not only saves resources but also solves the contradiction of demand.This article mainly describes the optimization and reform of the dust collection system of the impact crusher of the main equipment in the production aggregate line,hoping to provide some reference for the installation design of the dust collection system in the actual operation process.
