摘　　要：2019年12月武汉出现新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情,四川省广安市距离湖北省相对较近,是四川省新冠肺炎确诊病例较多的地区,首例确诊新冠肺炎患者为重型病例.该患者男性,57岁,长期居于武汉,因"发热10 d",于2020年1月16日至四川省广安市人民医院就诊.患者入院前10 d左右有发热患者接触史,入院时体温38.4 ℃,伴咳嗽、咳痰、气促等.入院胸部CT显示,患者双肺纹理增多,模糊,双肺多发斑片状密度增高影,以磨玻璃影为主,可见空气支气管征.1月18日患者新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)核酸检测回报阳性.经过呼吸支持、俯卧位通气、抗感染等治疗后,于住院第13天2次2019-nCoV核酸检测阴性,转入普通病房,于第19天成功治愈出院.总结相关经验,以供临床医务人员参考.From December 2019,corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic outbroke in Wuhan.Guang'an City in Sichuan Province is relatively close to Hubei Province,which is a region with more COVID-19 cases.The first confirmed case of COVID-19 is a severe case.The patient,a 57-year-old male,lived in Wuhan for a long time.He went to Guang'an People's Hospital for treatment due to"fever for 10 days".The patient had a contact history of fever patients about 10 days before admission.The body temperature was 38.4℃in admission,with cough,expectoration and shortness of breath.Chest CT showed that bilateral lung markings increased and blurred,with multiple patchy hyperdense shadows in both lungs,mainly ground glass shadow,and air bronchus sign can be seen.On January 18th,the 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)nucleic acid test was positive.After receiving respiratory support,prone position ventilation and anti-infection treatment,on day 13 of hospitalization,the 2019-nCoV nucleic acid test turned negative for twice,the patient was transferred to general ward and was successfully cured and discharged from hospital on day 19 of hospitalization.The related experience was summarized for the reference of clinical medical staff.
