摘 要:以等离子弧切割机割嘴为研究对象,分析船体零件切割机工作过程中切割电流和不同切割距离的健康指数变化,建立基于切割电流监控的切割机割嘴监控装置,确定电流传感器布置方案和合理的参数范围。试验结果表明:当切割厚度为12 mm、坡口为0°的板件时,采用切割机电流监控装置,割嘴切割距离提升了8%,零件切割质量问题数减少了56%。Taking the plasma arc cutting machine cutting nozzle as the research object, the health index changes of cutting current and different cutting distance during the working process of the hull part cutting machine are analyzed. The cutting machine cutting nozzle monitoring device based on cutting current monitoring is established, and the current sensor arrangement and reasonable parameter range are determined. The experimental results show that when the plate with thickness of 12 mm and a groove of 0° is cut, the cutting current monitoring device is used, the cutting distance of the cutting nozzle is increased by 8%, and the number of parts cutting quality problems is reduced by 56%.
