摘　　要：本文在供给侧结构性改革背景下,通过对我国支付清算体系的现状、存在的问题进行了研究和探讨,并给出了对相关问题的政策建议和解决办法,以期为进一步提升我国支付清算体系的服务能力作出贡献。Under the background of supply side structural reform,this paper studies and discusses the current situation and existing problems of China's payment and clearing system,and gives policy suggestions and solutions to relevant problems,in order to contribute to further improving the service capacity of China's payment and clearing system.
