摘 要:针对天幕靶弹丸过靶信号幅值易受天空照度影响,提出了一种基于光电转换原理的自适应天空照度天幕靶系统。系统以天空背景光作为系统光源,采用大口径光学透镜、狭缝光阑、光电探测器及相应光学结构构成天幕靶光学系统。根据天空亮度变化与转换电路输出电平成线形关系,设计了一种自动增益控制信号调理电路,可将弹丸过靶信号稳定在一定范围内,避免弹丸过靶信号饱和。多次试验结果表明,该系统使用方便、稳定可靠,能够很好地实现自适应天空照度,在1.2m弹道高度处,用5mm弹丸过靶信号幅值稳定在1.7~3.1V以内。In view of the fact that the amplitude of the passing sky screen of the target projectile is easily affected by the skylight,an adaptive skylight sky screen system based on photoelectric conversion principle was proposed.The system uses the sky background light as the system light source,adopts the large aperture optical lens,the slit aperture,the photodetector and the corresponding optical structure to constitute the sky target optical system.According to the sky brightness change and conversion circuit output level into a linear relationship,an automatic gain control signal conditioning circuit is designed to stabilize the projectile passing sky screen signal in a certain range and avoid saturation of the projectile passing sky screen signal.Multiple test results show that the system is easy to use,stable and reliable,and can well achieve adaptive sky illumination.At the height of 1.2 mtrajectory,the amplitude of the passing signal of 5 mm projectile is stable within 1.7~3.1 V.
