摘  要:双辊铸轧是一种先进的连铸技术,其布流器的布流形式直接影响其产品质量。同时考虑布流器、辊套、熔池、材料非线性和复杂边界条件的基础上,建立了双辊铸轧流固热耦合数值模型,并对熔池流场及温度场的分布规律进行研究。结果表明,熔池在布流器下方和侧面开口附近共存在4处漩涡,且在靠近侧封板一侧存在下凹的高温区。布流器两侧开口宽度对熔池流场及温度场的影响均较大,在侧面和端面开口宽度分别取12和22 mm时熔池Kiss点的位置分布较为理想。对布流器两侧开口宽度同时对应调整,有利于控制熔池Kiss点的位置高度。Twin-roll casting is an advanced continuous casting technology, and the flow pattern of the distributor directly affects the quality of its products. Considering distributor, roller sleeve, molten pool, material nonlinearity and complex boundary conditions at the same time, the numerical model of fluid-solid-heat coupling of twin-roll casting was established, and the distribution of flow field and temperature field in the molten pool was researched. The results show that there are four vortices in the molten pool below the side of the distributor and near the side opening, and there is a concave high temperature area on the side close to sealing plate. The width of opening on both sides of the distributor has a great influence on flow field and temperature field of the molten pool. When the widths of the side and end openings are 12 mm and 22 mm respectively, the position distribution of the Kiss point of the molten pool is ideal. The width of the opening on both sides of the distributor is adjusted correspondingly, which is beneficial to control position height of the Kiss point of the molten pool.
