摘　　要：目的了解在当前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,孕妇关注的问题和新的服务需求,为我国建立和完善突发公共卫生事件形势下的孕产保健服务方案提供依据。方法研究采用横断面调查的方法,于2020年2月6日至12日通过在线填写问卷的方式收集信息,调查对象为上海市、江西省、陕西省等地区孕产保健服务机构通过问卷星调查的孕妇。结果共1044位孕妇参加了在线调查,分别有96.07%的孕妇对于新型冠状病毒感染对母婴的健康影响、92.62%和82.95%对孕妇感染新冠病毒后胎儿与母亲预后的问题、81.42%对进行新冠肺炎相关的CT检查是否会致畸的问题非常关注。70.00%以上(70.98%~74.04%)的孕妇最期望获得针对孕产妇的新冠肺炎防治措施相关资讯、产检医院服务信息变化的信息、社区提供口罩等防护用品的优先服务、现居地的疫情信息、与产检医院及时联系的方式。69.44%的孕妇从产前检查专业机构的微信公众号/微博获得相关信息。结论及时建立孕产妇新型冠状病毒感染的诊治网络非常必要;建议尽快建立突发事件情形下,基于服务对象需求的应急反应机制。同时,妇幼保健专业机构应使用新媒体平台进行服务信息的及时更新,并投入健康教育人力,基于最佳证据提高服务对象获取科学信息的可及性和健康素养转化率。Objective To provide evidence for improving and establishing maternal and child health care under emergent public health situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP).Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect information by filling out an online questionnaire on February 6 to 12,2020.The respondents were pregnant women who had passed the questionnaire survey in the Maternity Health Service Institutions in Shanghai,Jiangxi province,Shaanxi province and other regions.Results A total of1044 pregnant women participated in the survey.Under the public health emergency of NCP,96.07%pregnant women very concered on the health impact of NCP on mother and fetus.92.62%and 82.95%women concerned on treatment prognosis of fetus and mother respectively.81.42%women expressed the concerns for the safety of CT examination.More than 70.00%(70.98%-74.04%)of pregnant women had the information and service needs on epidemic status,the knowledge of the impact on maternal and child’s health,the corresponding service provision by maternity hospital.The official accounts of maternity hospitals were the major channel through which 69.44%women obtained relevant information.ConclusionIt’s very necessary to establish the network for diagnosis and treatment of pregnant women who get NCP.It’s suggested that more human resources should be transferred to online health education to reduce unnecessary anxiety and provide disseminate evidence-based knowledge.At the same time,maternal and child health professional institutions should use new mediaplatforms to update service information in a timely manner,and invest health education personnel to improve the access to scientific information and health literacy conversion rate of service objects based on the best evidence.
