摘　　要：更年期女性由于卵巢分泌的激素水平波动或下降,神经系统功能处于不稳定状态,会导致一系列生理和心理的改变,部分女性出现绝经相关症状。然而,绝经症状的发生或严重程度也受到心理及社会因素的影响。在新型冠状病毒感染疫情发生的特殊时期,更年期女性由于特殊的生理和心理状态及其呼吸系统器官功能相应的改变,使强烈应激源刺激增加了更年期女性的敏感性,易出现心身功能失调的表现,更需要科学合理地安排居家生活,做好自身保健,防止病毒感染。Climacteric women due to the fluctuation or decline in the level of hormones secreted by the ovary,the nervous system function in an unstable state,will lead to a series of physiological and psychological changes,some women appear menopause related symptoms.However,the onset or severity of climacteric symptoms is also affected by psycho-social factors.The presence of new coronavirus infection events might increase climacteric women’s susceptibility to develop climacteric symptoms.In the special period of the outbreak of novel coronavirus infection,the special physiological and mental state and respiratory organ function of the corresponding change.Strong stress source to stimulate increased the sensitivity of climacteric women,causing the performance of the psychosomatic disorders.Therefore,climacteric women need to arrange home life scientifically and reasonably,do their own health care,and prevent virus infection.
