摘  要:针对某电厂1000 MW机组制粉系统MPS235HP-Ⅱ型中速磨煤机在运行过程中存在堵磨、煤粉细度不合格以及磨煤机振动等问题,分析磨煤机入口一次风量、磨辊加载力以及磨煤机出口动态分离器转速对磨煤机运行参数的影响,并与设计参数进行对比,找出合适的风煤比、加载力以及分离器转速。通过分析得出,磨煤机实际风煤比与设计曲线匹配,且在设计风煤比下,不存在堵磨情况;同时,随着分离器转速增加,磨煤机出口煤粉细度变细,当分离器转速在65~70 r/min时,磨煤机电流和煤粉细度较合适,煤粉经济细度最好;同时,提高磨煤机加载力可以使煤粉细度更细,而且加载力降低会导致磨煤机碾磨出力下降,石子煤量增加,严重会导致堵磨。In the operation of MPS235 HP-Ⅱmedium speed pulverizer of 1000 MW unit of a power plant,there are some problems,such as blocking grinding,unqualified pulverized coal fineness and pulverizer vibration.The influence of the primary air volume at the inlet of the pulverizer,the loading force of the pulverizer roller and the rotating speed of the dynamic separator at the outlet of the pulverizer on the operating parameters of the pulverizer is analyzed.Proper air coal ratio,loading force and separator speed need to be found out.Through analysis,it can be concluded that the actual air coal ratio of the pulverizer matches the design curve.Under the designed air coal ratio,the pulverizer is not blocked.As separator speed increases,fineness change and refinement of pulverized coal at the outlet of pulverizer.When the speed of separator is 65~70 r/min,the current and fineness of pulverized coal are suitable,the best economic fineness of pulverized coal.Increasing the loading force of coal mill can make the fineness of coal powder finer.The lower loading force will lead to the decrease of the grinding output of the coal mill.The lower loading force will lead to the decrease of grinding output of coal mill,and the amount of stone coal increases gradually,even the coal mill is blocked.
