摘  要:热耗率是评价汽轮机能耗的一个通用指标。采用改进型距离灰色关联分析法(Improved DIstance Grey Relation Analysis),以某机组实际运行数据为例计算了机组负荷、主蒸汽流量等35个变量与汽轮机热耗率的关联系数。结果表明,机组负荷、主蒸汽温度、主蒸汽压力等15个变量与汽轮机热耗率的关联系数均大于0.9,与汽轮机热耗率显著相关。因此,这15个变量是这台汽轮机热耗率的影响因子。该结果对数据挖掘、机组优化运行等后续研究起到一定的基础作用。Heat rate is a general index to evaluate steam turbine energy consumption.The correlation coefficient related to the steam turbine heat rate is calculated by the improved distance grey relation analysis method(IDGRA).It is based on the actual operation data of one unit of 35 variables such as unit load,main steam flow.The results show that the correlation coefficient of 15 variables such as unit load,main steam temperature and main steam pressure with the heat rate of steam turbine are greater than 0.9,which are significantly related to the steam turbine heat rate.Therefore,these 15 variables are the influencing factors of the heat rate of this steam turbine.The results play a basic role in the following research,such as data mining,unit operation optimization,etc.
