摘  要:针对某柠檬酸高钙废水厌氧处理采用某高效厌氧反应器存在颗粒污泥钙化严重,堵塞布水器,导致高效厌氧反应器不能够长时间连续稳定运行,间隔一定时间需要清塔1次,为确保生产产量稳定,废水处理系统正常运行,对其中1个高效厌氧反应器反应器进行改造为荷兰海卓森的ECSB反应器。改造后的ECSB反应器SCOD去除率90%~95%,系统稳定运行至今未出现布水器堵塞清塔问题,并缓解了颗粒污泥的钙化。In the anaerobic treatment of biochemical citric acid high calcium wastewater,the granule sludge calcification is serious and the water clogging device is blocked,which leads to the high efficiency anaerobic reactor not being able to stably and stably operate for a long time.It needs clear the tower once at at regular intervals to ensure stable production and stable operation of the wastewater treatment system,one of the high efficiency anaerobic reactors was retrofitted to HydroThane ECSB reactor.The SCOD removal rate of the modified ECSB reactor was 90%~95%.So far,there has not been a problem of blockage of the water tower by the water distributor and slow down the calcification of granular sludge.
