摘  要:针对小型风力机偏航实验研究主要集中在静态偏航的问题,文章提出了一种新型动态偏航平台设计路线,并搭建了小型风力机动态偏航平台。该平台属于整套动态偏航系统装置的核心部分,主要包括中央控制模块、动态偏航平台模块和二维位移平台模块。实验结果表明:相比于传统无偏航平台风力机(风力机塔筒直接与地相连),无风载荷条件下,装有动态偏航平台的风力机自身一阶频率减小5%,二、三阶频率变化均小于0.1%;在正对来流风条件下,随着风速增加,塔筒横向振动、轴向振动均小于无偏航平台的小型风力机塔筒振动。The small wind turbine yaw experiment research mainly focuses on the static yaw problem.The article proposes a new dynamic yaw platform design route,and builds a small wind turbine dynamic yaw platform.The platform belongs to the core part of a complete set of dynamic yaw system devices,mainly including a central control module,a dynamic yaw platform module and a two-dimensional displacement platform module.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional yaw-free platform wind turbine(where the wind turbine tower is directly connected to the ground),the first-order frequency of the wind turbine equipped with a dynamic yaw platform is reduced by 5%under windless conditions.The third-order frequency changes are less than 0.1%.With the increase of the wind speed,the lateral vibration and axial vibration of the tower cylinder are smaller than those of the small wind turbine without yaw under the condition of direct incoming wind.
