摘　　要：通过对钢的强韧化分析,采取降C增Mn措施,设计出一种J55钢级用经济型低碳锰钢,可满足某企业在强度和冲击性能方面的要求标准。试制结果表明,利用轧制的变形强化和热轧后的控冷措施所生产的轧制态J55钢级套管,可满足某企业对低碳锰钢强度和冲击性能的要求标准。By analyzing the strength and toughness of the steel,taking measures to reduce C and increase Mn,an economical low-carbon manganese steel for J55 steel grades that can meet the strength and impact performance requirements of a certain enterprise standard is designed.The trial production results show that using this low carbon manganese steel to produce rolled J55 steel casing using rolled deformation strengthening and cooling control measures after hot rolling meets the strength and impact performance requirements of a certain enterprise standard.
