医药带量集采“以量换价”的经济学解析

摘　　要：基于经济学原理,对医保介入后的医药市场交易机制进行了分析,认为:以量换价的集采必须获得供给方的配合,需要降低供给侧的成本,形成新的供应曲线,才能保证在低价格下足量的供应,从而实现以量换价的真正实现。Based on principles of economics,it analyzes exchange mechanism of medicine market after the intervention of medical insurance. It thinks that the group procurement of bulk-cheap needs the coordination of suppliers,it needs to reduce the cost of supply side and forms new supply curve,ensure full-dose supply in low price,so as to come true of bulk-cheap purchasing.
