摘 要:为了更完善地认识新型发泡剂R1233zd(E)的热物理性质,并将其应用于工程实践,文中在文献中搜集了关于R1233zd(E)的饱和蒸气压数据。通过分析每组数据的精度,筛选得到202组实验数据。在此基础上,应用进化优化算法对选取不同项数(3,4,5,6,7)的亥姆霍兹型方程进行拟合,通过比较不同项数方程的拟合偏差与方程形式,得到一个5项蒸气压方程,作为R1233zd(E)的专用方程。该方程适用范围广,同时具有很高的精度,适用温度区间为234.15—437.91 K,压力区间为7.2—3521.00 kPa;对拟合数据的平均绝对偏差为0.283%,对不同文献数据均可以较好地复现。同时,该方程亦可用于计算R1233zd(E)正常沸点与偏心因子,具有较好的应用价值。In order to better recognize thermophysical properties of the new blowing agent R1233zd(E)for industrial applications,the saturated vapor pressure data of R1233zd(E)were gathered from the open literature.202 groups of saturated vapor pressure data were screened by analyzing the accuracy of every experimental data.Applying the evolutionary optimization algorithm,the screening data were regressed by using Helmholtz equations with different number of items(3,4,5,6,and 7).After making a comparison of fitting deviation and equation form among equations with different item number respectively,the Helmholtz equation of five optimal terms was recommended for describing the saturated vapor pressure properties of R1233zd(E),which is wide application range and high precision.The range of temperature and pressure for this equation are 234.15-437.91 K and 7.20-3521.00 kPa,respectively.The average absolute deviation between the predicted results and literature data is 0.283%,and data of different literatures can be reproduced well.Additionally,this Helmholtz equation also could be used to calculate the normal boiling point and eccentric factor of R1233zd(E),with high application values.
