摘 要:[目的]为了使艉部具有更大的布置空间,有利于优化轴系布置,并减小艉部振动,提出一种艉部新型球面舱壁结构型式。[方法]采用ANSYS有限元软件建立其有限元模型,对比分析新型和传统球面舱壁结构的强度和稳定性;然后针对不同球面舱壁厚度情况,研究围栏厚度对舱壁结构强度和稳定性的影响。[结果]研究表明,当围栏厚度增加时,舱壁结构稳定性近似成线性增加,而其对球面舱壁结构强度的影响取决于最大Mises应力出现的位置:当最大Mises应力出现在围栏附近时,增加围栏厚度可使之有效降低;当最大Mises应力出现在过渡环壳处时,增加围栏厚度对降低结构最大Mises应力无益。[结论]研究成果可为球面舱壁结构型式设计提供参考。[Objectives]In order to make the stern have more space to optimize the arrangement of shafting and reduce the vibration of stern,a new spherical bulkhead structure for the stern is presented.[Methods]ANSYS software is adopted to establish a finite element model,and the strength and stability of the new and traditional spherical bulkhead structures are compared and analyzed.The influence of the thickness of the fence on the strength and stability of the bulkhead structure is then studied in spherical bulkheads of different thicknesses.[Results]The results show that when the thickness of the fence increases,the stability of the bulkhead structure will also approximately linearly increase.The effect on the strength of the spherical bulkhead structure depends on the position where the maximum Mises stress appears.When the maximum Mises stress is located near the fence,increasing the thickness of the fence can effectively reduce it.When the maximum Mises stress is located in the toroidal transition,increasing the thickness of the fence will not be helpful in reducing it.[Conclusion]This research can provide references for the design of spherical bulkhead structures.
