摘  要:[目的]悬挂式铝合金整体壁板结构在气垫船中得到了广泛应用,鉴于铝合金的弹性模量较低,且铝合金框架结构的失稳问题突出,因此需要对其稳定性校核方法进行研究。[方法]采用非线性有限元方法对悬挂式铝合金整体壁板的压杆进行稳定性分析,比较《海上高速船入级与建造规范》和《铝合金结构设计规范》中关于铝合金受压构件的稳定性设计公式和适用性。[结果]得出了悬挂式铝合金整体壁板压杆的失稳规律,并提出了压杆的校核方法和肘板布置方法。[结论]研究成果可用于指导悬挂式铝合金整体壁板结构的设计。[Objectives]The suspended aluminum alloy integral plate frame structure is widely used in hovercrafts.In light of the low elastic modulus of aluminum alloy,the instability problem of the aluminum alloy frame structure is prominent and must be fully considered.[Methods]The stability of aluminum alloy pressure bars for single-piece bulkheads is analyzed using the nonlinear finite element method,and the stability design formulae and results of the aluminum alloy pressure bars are compared with the Rules for Construction and Classification of Sea-going High-speed Craft and Code for Design of Aluminum Structures.[Results]On this basis,the instability regularity of aluminum alloy pressure bars for single-piece bulkheads is summarized,and methods for checking aluminum alloy struts for single-piece bulkheads and bracket arrangements are proposed.[Conclusions]The results of this study can provide references for the design of the suspended aluminum alloy integral plate frame structure.
