摘  要:光、机、热稳定性直接影响高分辨率、大比例尺测绘相机内外方位元素的稳定性,进而影响卫星地面定位精度和高程精度。文章介绍了"高分七号"1∶1万立体测绘卫星的主要载荷--双线阵立体测绘相机为实现高稳定性在光学、结构、热控等方面采用的设计手段,提出了一种基于在轨真实温度场的光、机、热联合仿真分析方法,进而分析了全寿命周期、相机成像期间内、外方位元素连续变化情况,揭示了相机在轨变化规律,证明该相机设计能够满足1∶1万比例尺高分辨率测绘所需的内、外方位元素稳定性要求。For the high-resolution large-scale mapping camera,the optical,mechanical and thermal stability have immediate impact on the stability of the interior and exterior orientation elements,which in turn affects satellite ground positioning and elevation accuracy.This paper introduces the design method of the main payload of GF-7 satellite,i.e.the dual line array camera,to achieve high opto-mechanical-thermal stability,and proposes a method based on opto-mechanical-thermal integrated simulation under on-orbit true temperature field.The changes of the interior and exterior orientation elements on orbit of the camera during the whole life cycle are analyzed.The result shows that the camera can meet the stability requirements of the interior and exterior orientation elements for high resolution mapping.
