摘　　要：由于火箭整流罩空间有限,需要将"高分七号"卫星前视相机的遮光罩设计为可展开结构,为此设计了一种基于弹性结构的可展开遮光罩,能够实现在轨解锁后自动展开、遮挡太阳光,并满足在轨使用环境要求。遮光罩质量2.6kg,折展比1︰6,应用了弹性豆荚杆展开驱动技术、耐空间环境多层复合薄膜技术、绳系锁紧解锁技术、杆系结构光电遥测技术,进行了展开驱动仿真研究,在遥感相机轻小型化自展开遮光罩设计方面取得了成功经验。在轨运行结果表明,可展开遮光罩解锁后,展开到位、遥测正常,中国首次遥感相机可展开遮光罩在轨展开取得圆满成功,为相机可靠清晰成像提供了保障。Due to the space limitation of the launch vehicle’s fairing,it is necessary to take the deployable configuration for the sunshield on China’s GF-7 satellite remote sensing camera.A deployable sunshield based on elastic booms which could self-deploy after unlocking on orbit was developed.The deployable sunshield whose weight was 2.6 kg and folding ratio was about 1:6 could shade the sunlight from specified direction on orbit and meet the harsh requirements of space environments,such as vacuum,ultraviolet,atomic oxygen and temperature cycles,etc.Several problems were solved,such as deployment driving design,composite envelope,folding and unfolding,deployment telemetry and deployment dynamic analysis,etc.China’s first on-orbit deploying test was successfully implemented by this deployable sunshield,which was necessary for GF-7 satellite camera taking high resolution pictures.
