摘　　要：白介素12(inlerleukin-12,IL-12)是一种包含α和β亚基的异二聚体细胞因子,是链接天然免疫和获得性免疫的桥梁,有多项生物学功能,包括刺激血细胞生成、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等。多项临床前研究证实了IL-12具有良好的抗肿瘤效应,本文主要综述了国内外发表的IL-12单药抗肿瘤,及联合放化疗、免疫治疗等治疗方式联合抗肿瘤的动物药效学研究。Interleukin-12(IL-12)is a heterodimeric cytokine containing two subunits,α and β,and is a bridge linking natural immunity and acquired immunity.It has many biological functions,including stimulation of blood cell production,immune regulation,and anti-tumor.A number of preclinical studies have confirmed that IL-12 has a good anti-tumor effect.This paper mainly reviews the domestic and international animal pharmacodynamics studies of IL-12 single drug anti-tumor or combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,immunotherapy and other treatments.
