摘  要:[目的]探讨不同剂量12C^6+离子束辐照对苦瓜种子的影响,选出优良的变异单株。[方法]利用重离子加速器采用辐照能量为100 MeV/u的碳离子对1500粒纯系苦瓜种子进行贯穿性辐照,种子分5份,分别是100、200、300、400和500粒,辐照剂量分别为100、200、300、400和500 Gy,剂量率30 Gy/min,辐照时间5.6 h。将辐照过的苦瓜种子进行田间比较试验,按广东省农业技术推广总站规定的《广东省农作物品种试验办法》进行。[结果]随着辐照剂量的增大,苦瓜的出苗率和成苗率明显下降,对形态特征、产量及田间抗性也有很大影响。[结论]不同剂量12C^6+离子束辐照对苦瓜种子有明显的损伤效应,随着辐照剂量的增大对苦瓜种子造成的损伤越大。[Objective]The effects of 12C^6+ion beams irradiation on seeds of Momordica charantia L.were investigated to select the excellent mutant individual plant.[Method]Through irradiation of 1500 pills seeds of Momordica charantia L.with carbon ion with irradiation energy of 100 MeV/u by using heavy ion accelerator,the seed numbers were set to 100,200,300,400 and 500 pills,radiation dose gradients were 100,200,300,400 and 500 Gy,the radiation dose rate was set to 30 Gy/min,the irradiation time was set to 5.6 h.The irradiated seeds of Momordica charantia L.were compared in the field,according to the provisions of Guangdong Agricultural Technology Extension Station Guangdong Province Crop Varieties Test Measures.[Result]The seedling emergence rate and seedling formation rate of Momordica charantia L.decreased obviously with the increase of irradiation,which had great influence on morphological characteristics,yield and field resistance.[Conclusion]12C^6+ion beams irradiation had obvious damage effect on seeds of Momordica charantia L.,with the increase of irradiation dose,the damage to seeds of Momordica charantia L.was greater.
