摘 要:通过5%、35%、65%、100%4种光照处理,研究紫鸭跖草的外观形态结构变化和色素含量变化,寻找最适宜紫鸭跖草生长的光照条件。结果表明,分别在光照处理30、60 d时,65%光照下紫鸭跖草形态指标较其他3个光照处理的形态指标好,茎围最粗,单朵花花苞期最短,开花朵数最多,花青素含量最多,叶片为深紫色,其观赏价值较高;而全光照和5%光照下植株生长不好,表明5%和100%光照抑制紫鸭跖草的生长。由此可知,65%光照更适宜紫鸭跖草的生长。Through 5%,35%,65%and 100%illumination treatment,the effects of the morphological and structural changes of the appearance and pigment content of the Setcreasea purpurea Boom on the ornamental value were studied,and the most suitable illumination conditions for the growth of Setcreasea purpurea Boom grass were found.The result showed that under the light treatment for 30 and 60 d,the morphological indexes of the purple sorghum were better than the other three illumination treatments under the 65%illumination.The stem was the thickest,the single flower flowering period was the shortest,the number of flowers was the most,the anthocyanin content was the most,the leaves were dark purple,and its ornamental value was higher.The growth of plantlets was not good under 100%and 5%illumination,which indicated that 5%and 100%illumination inhibited the growth of plantlets.65%illumination was more suitable for the growth of Setcreasea purpurea Boom.
