神仙草醇提物舒张血管作用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的研究神仙草醇提物对大鼠肠系膜上动脉血管舒张作用的影响。方法采用四通道微血管张力测定动态描记系统,检测神仙草醇提物在高钾(KPSS)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、苯肾上腺素(PE)作用后对完整内皮血管环或无内皮血管环的舒张作用。结果神仙草醇提物对5-羟色胺作用的血管舒张作用最大,对高钾作用的血管舒张作用最小。结论神仙草醇提物对大鼠肠系膜上动脉血管具有一定的舒张作用。Objective To investigate the vasodilation effect of the alcohol extract from Abelia engleriana(Graebn.)Rehd.on rats.Methods The graph is used to study the relaxation effect of the alcohol extract from A.engleriana on endothelium-intact or endothelium﹣denuded vascular rings after contracted by KPSS,5-HT,PE.Results The alcohol extract from A.engleriana has a significant vasodilation effect on vascular rings contracted by 5-HT and the mild vasodilation effect on vascular rings contracted by KPSS.Conclusion The alcohol extract from A.engleriana has a vasodilation effect on the rats.
