摘  要:随着酒店餐饮业的高速发展,食品原材料和劳动力成本不断升高,酒店餐饮业出现了成本控制难和管理人才匮乏的困境。酒店餐饮信息化的目的就是通过计算机技术管理和规范酒店餐饮的业务流程,简化烦琐的重复手工劳动,准确、高效地对成本运营进行管控,最终提高酒店餐饮的效率和效益。笔者设计了一套基于web service的酒店餐饮管理系统,并对此进行了业务流程梳理和需求分析,论述了系统的设计方案。With the rapid development of the hotel catering industry,the cost of food raw materials and labor is increasing.The hotel catering industry is facing the dilemma of difficult cost control and lack of management talents.The purpose of hotel catering informatization is to manage and standardize the business process of hotel catering through computer technology,simplify the tedious repetitive manual labor,accurately and efficiently manage and control the cost operation,and ultimately improve the efficiency and efficiency of hotel catering.In this paper,a set of hotel catering management system based on Web service is designed,the business process and demand analysis are carried out,and the design scheme of the system is discussed.
