摘　　要：随着采购业务不断增加,上海机场集团对采购模式进行了大规模改革,随之而来需要一套现代化、稳定的采购管理平台来整合各类采购资源,开展规范、高质、高效、专业的集中采购工作。笔者从采购信息系统平台搭建架构开始阐述,着重介绍了一套基于SOA架构的、契合机场业务流程的采购信息系统平台的设计与应用方案。With the continuous increase of purchasing business,Shanghai Airport Authority has carried out a large-scale reform of purchasing mode,which requires a set of Sourcing Management System to integrate all kinds of sourcing resources and carry out standardized,high-quality,efficient and professional purchasing business.This paper starts from the architecture of the Airport Sourcing Management System,and focuses on the design and application of the system which based on SOA architecture and fit the airport Sourcing process.
