摘　　要：超高层楼宇项目电梯高速运行时对于楼层空调舒适度及整体品质带来的不利影响日益显现。基于陆家嘴2E5-1地块项目电梯应用过程中遇到的该类问题的工程实践,提出初步结论并付诸实施,为在其他项目实施过程中的同类问题提供一种经过实践检验的解决思路。Using faster and more elevators in a super tall building would usually bring about negative impacts of higher shaft air pressure and poorer building air-conditioning and ventilation system,which would dramatically compromising the comfort and quality of a building’s indoor space,and are often easily neglected.This article focuses on VTS problems and conducts analytical studies based on Lujiazui plot 2E5-1 project.Relevant conclusions could be used as references in similar problems encountered in other projects.
