摘 要:模拟地震试验系统的振动台体有时会采用格构式铝合金结构。以某格构式铝合金台体结构为研究对象,建立ANSYS有限元模型,进行模态分析,评估系统频带的适用性;考虑系统运行下该台体最不利荷载作用工况并进行静力分析,探讨其承载能力;针对台体典型应力集中问题进行疲劳性能评估。The lattice aluminum alloy platform is sometimes used for the shaking table of an earthquake simulation system.A lattice aluminum alloy platform structure was investigated,of which the ANSYS finite element model was established to conduct modal analysis and the applicability of the frequency band was evaluated.With the consideration of the most critical loading conditions,the loading capacity of the platform was simulated by static analysis.Fatigue behavior of the platform was estimated based on its typical stress concentration phenomena.
