摘 要:从表面电阻、含水率、传热效率等角度阐述了中密度纤维板(MDF)与传统金属基材的差异,并对红外和热风循环两种板材预热方式进行了对比。试验表明,中波红外波长可与粉末涂料中的反应基团相匹配,研发的低温固化粉末可以在MDF板上实现红外130℃/5 min快速固化,涂层性能满足国家和行业标准。The differences between MDF and traditional metal substrates are discussed in terms of surface electrical resistance,moisture content and heat transfer efficiency,etc.The differences of heating process between IR and hot air cycle are compared.The results show that the medium-wave infrared wavelength can be matched with the reactive group of the powder coatings,and the prepared low-temperature curing powder coatings can be cured rapidly on the MDF substrate via IR at 130℃/5min.The properties of the cured coating meet the national and industrial standards.
