摘　　要：本文分析总结了2019年我国电力消费、电力供应及供需特点,回顾总结了电力行业在降成本、能源普遍服务和电力体制改革相关政策及实施进展,结合宏观经济发展环境,展望了2020年电力供需形势,并提出了相关建议。This paper analyzes and summarizes the profile of the power consumption,power supply and supplydemand balance situation in 2019,Reviews and summarizes the relevant policies and implementation progress of cost reduction,energy universal service and power system reform in the power industry.Combined with the macro-economic development environment,prospects the power supply and demand situation in 2020,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
