摘　　要：目的探讨血清Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PⅢNP)及半乳糖凝集素3(Gal-3)水平与老年顽固性心力衰竭患者心功能的相关性。方法回顾性分析95例顽固性心力衰竭老年患者的临床资料,根据美国纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级标准将心功能Ⅲ级患者59例纳入A组,将心功能Ⅳ级患者36例纳入B组,设计一般情况调查量表,详细记录2组患者一般资料(性别、年龄、合并症、体质量指数及吸烟史等)及血清PⅢNP、Gal-3水平,采用Spearman方法对血清PⅢNP及Gal-3水平与老年顽固性心力衰竭患者心功能的相关性进行分析。结果2组患者一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患者血清PⅢNP、Gal-3水平均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清PⅢNP、Gal-3与老年顽固性心衰患者心功能分级呈正相关(r=0.429、0.424,P均<0.05)。结论血清PⅢNP及Gal-3水平与老年顽固性心力衰竭患者心功能严重程度呈正相关。Objective To explore the correlation between levels of serum procollagenⅢN-terminal peptide(PⅢNP)and galectin 3(Gal-3)and cardiac function in elderly patients with intractable heart failure.Methods The clinical materials of 95 elderly patients with intractable heart failure were retrospectively analyzed.According to the cardiac function classification criteria of New York Heart Disease Association(NYHA),59 patients with gradeⅢof cardiac function were included in group A,and 36 patients with grade IV of cardiac function were included in group B.The general situation questionnaire was designed to collect the general data(gender,age,complications,body mass index,smoking history),serum PⅢNP and Gal-3 levels in both groups.The correlation between levels of serum PⅢNP and Gal-3 and cardiac function in elderly patients with intractable heart failure was analyzed by Spearman method.Results There was no significant difference in the general data between two groups(P>0.05).Levels of serum PⅢNP and Gal-3 in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Serum PⅢNP and Gal-3 levels were positively correlated with cardiac function grading in elderly patients with intractable heart failure(r=0.429,0.424,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum PⅢNP and Gal-3 are positively correlated with the severity of cardiac function in elderly patients with intractable heart failure.
