黄连紫草油纱条治疗糖尿病足早期溃疡的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨黄连紫草油纱条治疗糖尿病足早期溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年6月本院收治的糖尿病足患者64例,随机分为治疗组32例(黄连紫草油纱条)与对照组32例(碘伏消毒配合康复新液)。比较2组治疗效果及血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维生长因子(b FGF)的含量。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96. 87%、84. 37%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。干预后,2组VEGF、bFGF含量均有升高,且治疗组VEGF、bFGF含量显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论黄连紫草油纱条治疗糖尿病足早期溃疡效果显著。Objective To explore the efficiency of gauze soaked by coptis chinensis and radix lithospermi oil in treating early ulcer of patients with diabetic foot.Methods Totally 64 patients with diabetic foot from June 2017 to June 2018 in authors’hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(treated with gauze soaked by coptis chinensis and radix lithospermi oil)and control group(treated with iodophor disinfection and Kangfuxin solution).The therapeutic effect and the contents of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.87%and 84.37%respectively,and there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).After intervention,the contents of VEGF and bFGF increased in both groups,and contents of VEGF and bFGF in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gauze soaked by coptis chinensis and radix lithospermi oil is effective in treating early ulcer of patients with diabetic foot.
