摘  要:提出一种基于Monte-Carlo仿真的多应力加速寿命试验优化设计方法。选取某型航天用电容器作为研究对象,研究分析复杂环境应力下的故障模式和主要失效机理,确定其寿命分布和加速模型。基于预估加速模型关键参数,在试验约束条件下利用Monte-Carlo仿真方法优化设计试验方案,确定合理的样本分组和试验截尾时间,达到优化试验方案的目的。对于航天电子产品具有普遍适用性,对其他电子、机械类产品也存在一定意义。This paper presents an optimized design method for multi-stress accelerated life test based on Monte-Carlo simulation.A certain type of aerospace capacitor is selected as the research object,and the failure modes and main failure mechanisms under complex environmental stresses are studied and analyzed,and its life distribution and acceleration model are determined.Based on the key parameters of the estimated acceleration model,the Monte-Carlo simulation method was used to optimize the test plan under test constraints.The reasonable sample grouping and test cut-off time were determined to achieve the purpose of optimizing the test plan.This method has universal applicability to aerospace electronic products,and also has certain significance to other electronic and mechanical products.
