摘　　要：基于同轴传输线的基本理论,结合片式电阻器的结构特点,研制了高频率SMP型片式电阻负载产品。从连接器部分设计、负载部分设计、片式电阻器的过渡连接方式及负载的性能验证等多方面进行了理论分析,并为片式电阻器负载产品的结构设计提供了多种可选方案,为后续该系列元器件产品的研制提供了参考。Based on the basic theory of coaxial transmission line and the structure characteristics of chip resistor,the high frequency SMP chip resistor load product is developed.The theoretical analysis is carried out from the aspects of connector part design,load part design,chip resistor transition connection mode and load performance verification.It also provides a variety of options for the structure design of chip resistor load products,and a reference for the subsequent development of this series of components.
