摘　　要：目的观察益气固冲汤联合电刺激生物反馈治疗轻度子宫脱垂疗效。方法随机选取2018年1月-2019年8月医院轻度子宫脱垂患者68例,随机分为益气固冲汤联合电刺激生物反馈治疗组(联合治疗组,n=34)和单独电刺激生物反馈治疗组(单独治疗组,n=34)两组,统计分析两组患者的肌电位值、临床疗效。结果联合治疗组患者治疗后较治疗前的肌电位值升高幅度显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。在治疗的总有效率方面,联合治疗组为94.1%(32/34),单独治疗组为73.5%(25/34),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05);在复发率方面,联合治疗组为2.9%(1/34),单独治疗组为17.6%(6/34),前者显著低于后者(P<0.05)。结论益气固冲汤联合电刺激生物反馈治疗轻度子宫脱垂疗效较单独电刺激生物反馈治疗显著。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Guchong decoction combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback on mild uterine prolapse. Methods 68 cases of mild uterine prolapse from August 2017 to August 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: Yiqi Guchong decoction combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback treatment group(combined treatment group, n = 34) and electrical stimulation biofeedback treatment group(single treatment group, n = 34). The muscle potential values and clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The increase degree of myoelectric potential of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than the single treatment group(P<0.05). In terms of total effective rate, the combined treatment group was 94.1%(42/34), the single treatment group was 73.5%(33/34), the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05);In terms of recurrence rate, the combined treatment group was 2.9%(1/34), the single treatment group was 17.6%(8/34), the former was significantly lower than the latter(P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Yiqi Guchong decoction combined with biofeedback is better than biofeedback alone.
