整体护理管理在糖尿病肾病血液透析中的效果

摘　　要：目的对在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中实施整体护理管理服务的价值进行分析和研究。方法选择在医院就诊和治疗的糖尿病肾病血液透析患者共计70例作为本次研究纳入的对象,纳入时间段为2017年1月-2018年7月,按照其病历单双号划分为两组,常规组35例,整体组35例。采用常规护理的方式对常规组予以护理,以此为基础,采用整体护理管理的方式对整体组予以护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行分析和比较。结果在生活质量评分方面,整体组明显高于常规组,比较结果经过检验(P<0.05)。另外,在并发症发生率方面,整体明显低于常规组,比较结果经过检验(P<0.05)。结论采用整体护理管理服务针对糖尿病肾病患者予以护理具有很好的效果,其能够极大地缓解患者的不良情绪,减少其发生并发症的几率。Objective To analyze and study the value of implementing holistic nursing management services in patients with diabetic nephropathy and hemodialysis. Methods A total of 70 patients with diabetic nephropathy and hemodialysis who were treated and treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. The enrollment period was from January 2017 to July 2018. They were divided into two groups according to their single and double numbers. There were 35 cases in the conventional group and 35 cases in the overall group. The routine group was used to provide care to the routine group. Based on this, the overall care management method was used to provide care to the overall group. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results In terms of quality of life scores, the overall group was significantly higher than the conventional group, and the comparison results were tested(P<0.05). In addition, the overall incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the conventional group, and the comparison results were tested(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of holistic nursing management services for the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy has a very good effect. It can greatly alleviate the adverse emotions of patients and reduce the chance of complications.
