摘　　要：互联网与高校政府采购工作的融合有利于采购便利化,降低采购成本,并实现阳光采购。高校采购过程中主要存在制度体系不完善,采购周期长、效率低,采购管理信息化程度不高,人员基础薄弱等问题,提出通过建立统一、完善的政府采购操作执行体系,统筹规划、做好顶层设计,构建统一的高校政府采购云服务平台,培养专业化政府采购人才队伍等方面着手加强“互联网+”时代高校政府采购建设。The integration of the Internet and government procurement in universities is conducive to facilitating procurement facilitation,reducing procurement costs,and realizing open procurement.In the process of university procurement,there are mainly problems such as incomplete institutional systems,long procurement cycles,low efficiency,low level of procurement management informatization,and weak personnel base.It is proposed to strengthen the government procurement in the"Internet+"era by establishing a unified and perfect government procurement operation execution system,making overall planning and doing a top-level design,building a unified university government procurement cloud service platform,and training professional talents for government procurement.
