摘　　要：中国改革开放四十余载,其经济发展方式从资源巨大消耗的粗放型发展方式转变升级为大力发展科学技术的高效型经济发展方式。在新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导下,坚持以人为本的根本立场,提倡工匠精神,探寻引导大学生“回归”劳动者身份认同、与劳动关系“对话”以及理解终极劳动的三种需要,很有必要。For more than 40 years since China's reform and opening up,its economic development has changed from an extensive development mode that consumes huge resources to an efficient economic development mode that vigorously develops science and technology.Under the guidance of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it is necessary to adhere to the people-centered fundamental position,promote the artisan spirit,and explore the three needs of guiding college students to"return"to the identity of workers,"dialogue"with labor relations and ultimate labor,so as to achieve human liberation eventually.
