摘　　要：在开放化环境下,城市外语文化建设对于城市形象以及经济发展都有重要影响。本文先对城市外语文化建设现状进行分析,进而研究城市外语文化建设工作的具体措施,包括管理制度、资源整合、政府干预、监管机制和宣传推广路径等,以期为城市外语文化建设工作提供参考,加快其建设步伐。In an open environment,the construction of urban foreign language culture has an important impact on the image of a city and its economic development.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the construction of urban foreign language culture,and then studies specific measures for it,including the management system,resource integration,government intervention,regulatory mechanism,and publicity and promotion path,with a view to providing reference for the construction of urban foreign language culture and speeding up its construction.
