摘　　要：分析研究了我国制造业在当前转型升级和跳出中等收入陷阱环境下的精益管理发展的战略。参考发达国家制造业管理创新发展路线图的启示,并根据我国制造业现状,提出了精益管理创新的方法和策略;详细介绍并分析了几个中国企业精益管理的成功案例;为粤港澳大湾区的制造与服务业建设提出相应的建议。The strategy of lean management development in China′s manufacturing industry under the environment of transformation and upgrading and jumping out of the middle-income trap was analyzed.Referring to the inspiration of the development roadmap of manufacturing management innovation in developed countries,and according to the current situation of China′s manufacturing industry,the methods and strategies of lean management innovation were put forward.Several examples were given to illustrate the successful cases of lean management in Chinese enterprises.The corresponding suggestions were put forward for the construction of manufacturing and service industry in Guangdong Hong Kong Macao bay area.
