摘　　要：针对某公司树脂配送员工作负荷过大的问题,提出为树脂容量瓶添加警戒下限标识以及可调节的上限标识架的方法,使得机台添加树脂的间隔时间相同,配送路线固定,在生产的过程中实现连续消耗型物料不断地供应。同时,提出将手写缸数记录表改为电子缸数记录器的方法,减少动作浪费,从而对生产过程进行优化。通过以上改善方法使树脂配送员的负荷有所降低,实现精益物流配送,提高生产效率。In order to solve the problem of exceeded work load of resin distributor in a company,the method of adding warning lower limit mark and adjustable upper limit mark frame for resin capacity bottle was put forward,which made the interval time of adding resin to the machine same,the distribution route fixed,and the company realizes continuous supply of consumable materials in the process of production.At the same time,the method of changing handwritten cylinder number record form into electronic cylinder number recorder was proposed to reduce action waste and optimize the production process of the enterprise.Through the above improvement methods,the load of resin distributor is reduced,so that the company can realize lean logistics distribution and improve production efficiency.
