摘 要:机器设备之所以能成为一台优质的设备,离不开前期严谨的组装和调试,而机器在组装时又离不开尺寸链的计算。修配法是一种保证机器装配精度非常有效的换算方法,尤其是在处理单件小批量生产中,对于那些组成环数较多、装配精度要求又非常严格的设备。该方法是在设备中选取一个零部件如:垫片、垫圈、轴套等作为修刮件,其他零部件可以按照经济精度制造降低生产成本,组装时通过修刮修配环来保证整台机器的装配精度。通过几个实例详述修配法的工作原理,并总结其优缺点,为深入探讨更好、更简洁的装配尺寸链换算方法提供必要的理论参考。The reason why machine equipment can become a high-quality equipment can not be separated from the rigorous assembly and debugging in the early stage,while the machine in the assembly process can not be separated from the calculation of the size chain.Repair method is a very effective conversion method to ensure the accuracy of machine assembly.Especially in the small batch production of single piece,for those equipments which have more rings and strict assembly accuracy requirements.This method chooses one part in the equipment,such as gasket,washer,axle sleeve and so on,as scraping parts.Other parts can be manufactured according to economic accuracy to reduce production costs.The assembly accuracy of the whole machine can be ensured by scraping and repairing ring.The working principle of the repair method is described in detail through several examples,and its advantages and disadvantages are summarized,which provides the necessary theoretical reference for further discussion of better and more concise conversion method of assembly dimension chain.
