摘  要:分析钢轮压实过程中土壤的应力应变变化规律,对于揭示土壤的压实过程具有非常重要的意义。基于离散元算法建立了压路机的"土壤-钢轮"模型,利用普通球形颗粒填充的方法建立3种形态的土壤颗粒模型,在EDEM中对土壤压实过程进行仿真,研究土体颗粒在钢轮压实过程中的沉降量、孔隙率、颗粒压力的变化过程。仿真结果表明,压实过程中,土壤材料随着压实遍数的增加,沉降量增大、孔隙率减小、颗粒压力增大、土壤压实度逐渐提高。利用离散元分析"钢轮-土壤"的动态相互作用能够用于揭示微观状态下土壤颗粒的受力变形特性。It is very important to analyze the law of soil stress and strain in the process of steel wheel compaction.Based on the discrete element algorithm,the"soil steel wheel"model of roller was established.Three kinds of soil particle models were established by using the method of ordinary spherical particle filling.The process of soil compaction was simulated in edem,and the process of settlement,porosity and particle pressure of soil particles in the process of steel wheel compaction was studied.The simulation results show that in the process of compaction,with the increase of compaction times,the settlement of soil material increases,the porosity decreases,the particle pressure increases,and the degree of soil compaction increases gradually.The dynamic interaction of"steel wheel soil"can be used to reveal the mechanical and deformation characteristics of soil particles in micro state.
