摘 要:在煤炭开采中,带式输送机可以将井下煤矿运输到井上,具有连续工作、高效的特点。对多电机驱动的长距离带式输送机拉紧装置进行研究,介绍了带式输送机的机械结构和电气结构,分析拉紧小车调节皮带张力的工作原理。在电气结构设计中,将皮带张力的分析分为启动、正常运行、制动3个阶段进行受力分析,得出不同阶段拉力大小,选择S7-300作为主控制器,对其电气结构进行设计,增加光电隔离单元,提高系统抗干扰性能。选择型号选型为ETG的张力传感器对皮带张力进行监测,在控制策略中引入PID算法,提高控制的准确度,提高皮带运输系统的稳定性。In coal mining,the belt conveyor can transport the underground coal mine to the well,which has the characteristics of continuous work and high efficiency.The multi-motor driven long-distance belt conveyor tensioning device was studied,the mechanical structure and electrical structure of the belt conveyor were introduced,and the working principle of tightening the trolley to adjust the belt tension was analyzed.In the electrical structure design,the analysis of the belt tension was divided into three stages of start,normal operation and braking,and the force was analyzed in different stages.The S7-300 was selected as the main controller and the electrical structure was designed.The photoelectric isolation unit was increased to improve the anti-interference performance of the system,the model selection ETG tension sensor was selected to monitor the belt tension,and the PID algorithm was introduced in the control strategy,the control accuracy and the stability of the belt transportation system were improved.
