摘 要:为了解决现有盾构状态监测技术不能实现对设备进行连续、全面的在线监测问题,以盾构刀盘驱动系统、液压系统作为研究对象,开发盾构及关键部件在线监测系统,实现了对整个盾构设备的实时在线监测。对在线监测系统及其部件进行工厂试验、校准、在线监测数据分析,结果表明该系统能够在盾构机上良好运转,并完成所有功能,能够实现数据采集分析、故障提醒、短信提示、远程监控和报表生成等功能。The existing shield condition monitoring technology can not realize continuous and comprehensive on-line monitoring of the equipment,in order to solve this problem,taking shield cutter driving system and hydraulic system as the research object,the on-line monitoring system of shield and key components was developed,and the real-time monitoring of the whole shield equipment was realized.The data analysis of the on-line monitoring system and parts of the factory test,calibration and online monitoring were carried out.The results show that the system can work well in the shield machine,and complete all the functions,and can realize the data acquisition and analysis,fault alert,SMS tips,remote monitoring and report generation.
